It's one week since I completed The Solo Sea to City Row in aid of Cancer Research UK and in memory of my mum. I've taken the time to recover and decompress somewhat after such an intense build up to the row, and now I'm starting to read my way through hundreds of messages of support. I'll write a full piece on the row with images and video but for now, here's some images taken by Frankie from the support boat. Thanks to all my supporters - the fundraising page will stay open until the end of the year but the total raised so far has completely taken me by surprise - well over my £10,000 target.
